“Native of Guanajuato Mexico, where he grew up and then move to California at the age of 18, Manuel Arredondo began his culinary career working for Hilton Corporation where his passion for cooking and motivation quickly moved him from a cook to a Sous Chef position.
Twenty five years later after having a great and successful career as a corporate chef with one of the largest corporations in the United States he decided to follow his dream of going to a European Culinary School.
He enrolled at ALMA La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana, where he became a Certified Master Chef in Italian Cuisine, being among his mentors Chef Gualtiero Marchesi, the rector of the school, who became the first Italian Chef to receive 3 Michelin Stars. After graduating he had relocated on the beautiful Puerto Vallarta, in the pacific coast of Mexico.
